Who is responsible

The organization that operates this website and software deployment (the “Operator”) acts as a personal information controller for data collected through this site and related services, unless another entity is identified in your agreement or onboarding materials.

• Health and clinical information when you use dental practice features—treated as sensitive personal information where applicable law defines it that way.

Legal bases (Philippines)

Where the Data Privacy Act of 2012 applies, processing is grounded in legitimate purposes compatible with the nature of personal data, consent where required, legal obligations, and other lawful criteria described in the Act and NPC guidance. Your counsel should confirm the correct basis for each processing activity.

The Operator does not sell personal data as a business model; any disclosure beyond service delivery should be described in your organization’s policies and contracts.
